PersonLink Field Support
Mass Update now supports PersonLink fields for linking people and contacts to Filevine records:
- User reference sheet: When working with PersonLink fields, you can optionally include a reference sheet listing all Filevine users in your template
- Flexible linking: PersonLink fields support both Filevine users and contacts, giving you flexibility in how you populate these fields
Expanded Field Type Support
Mass Update now supports additional Filevine field types:
- Multi-Select: Update fields with multiple selectable options
- Multi-line Text: Handle longer text content with formatting
- URL: Manage website and link fields
- Incident Date: Work with incident-specific date fields
- Deadline Date: Update deadline tracking fields
These enhancements expand the range of Filevine data you can efficiently update in bulk.
